On behalf of the Executive Committee of the European Association of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology (EAVPT) it gives me great pleasure to invite you to attend the next International Congress, scheduled from Sunday 2 July 2023– Wednesday 5 July 2023 with potential satellite workshops and other activities on either side of the core event dates.
The venue will be the beautiful city of Bruges, Belgium. There are many accommodation and congress options, a multicultural and safe city of heritage and culture at affordable cost with excellent communications within an hour of Brussels airport by direct train.
The EAVPT looks forward to presenting : The 15th International Congress of the European Association of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology: Theme: Our Health, Our Animals, Our Environment!
EAVPT congresses present the best international opportunity on a three yearly basis for veterinary pharmacologists and toxicologist, environmental toxicologists, the animal health pharmaceutical industry, government regulators, clinicians, academics and colleagues from human health and medicine to share ideas, innovate and meet in an informal, friendly evidence – based scientific forum.
I encourage you to submit abstracts and interact with our organisers and scientific committee to product a topical program. I look forward to meeting you all there.
Prof. dr. Lloyd Reeve-Johnson
President European Association of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology
Welcome from the Local Organisers
Prof. Mathias Devreese, Local Organiser
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to join us in Bruges for the 15th EAVPT congress.
The program has ample opportunities for oral communications in combination with several renowned speakers who will give an update on recent advances and opportunities in veterinary pharmacology and toxicology.
Prof. Siska Croubels, Local Organiser
Besides the attractive program, we will embark on a cultural journey and give you a taste of the medieval city of Bruges, being UNESCO World Heritage. The brand-new conference center is right next to the historical city center with streets and places all calling for your attention, some hidden, others magnificent. Places that combine history and joie de vivre.
Let’s interact in an informal way, make new friends and have a warm welcome from familiar faces. We are all looking forward to do so as it has been too long since the last EAVPT conference. To facilitate this, we will have an opening get-together on Sunday, visit a brewery dating back to 1856 on Monday and have the Congress Dinner at a unique location on Tuesday.
We look forward to meeting you in July!
